St. Mark's Hospital Foundation ensures that the prior written consent of patients and families whose photographs have been uploaded onto the Website have been obtained.

Users of such sites take full responsibility for their own content. We use our best endeavours to protect the interests of the individuals featured in the content on our website.
Governing Law
These Terms of use shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute arising from these Terms of use or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
